From Mike Nikitin for US Senate
What does Barack Hussein Obama and Osama Bin Ladin have in common?
They both have friends that bombed the Pentagon. Most of Osama's friends died in the attack. Obama's friend, William Ayres, kick-started Obama's political career and currently brainwashes our children at the University of Illinois.
Barack Hussein Obama recently admitted he wants to "spread the wealth around." That is a pure COMMUNIST ideal, my fellow Americans.
If you vote for Obama, you are no American.
The real truth: I know the Republicans stink, but if you vote Democrat, you are no longer an American by definition. Pure and simple.
10/19/08 - Now I have members from "Democratic" churches hoping God has mercy on my soul for not supporting 'socialized medicine for the children'.
I needed to remind 'GMGoBlue' that God has a commandment against stealing also. Just because GMGoBlue and I.M. Lazy vote the money out of my wallet, doesn't change the fact that they stole it by force. Government force - regardless of the dressed up reason for the theft.
I also reminded GMGoBlue that our nation is a republic and not a democracy. A democracy is mob rule where two wolves outvote the sheep as to what is for dinner.
10/15/08 - The Democrats openly admit that raising taxes progressively and distributing wealth as they see fit is their agenda. This is the definition of communism. If you vote Democrat, you are voting for communism. Pure and simple.
10/14/08 - The Democrat PAC's (political action committees) now preface their questions with a plea for me not to not be 'divisive'. Their lies and assault on our Constitution are fine with them, but my challenging them is somehow divisive?
Anyway, here is another PAC letter I answered. At least the liberals are not hiding their demands for socialism/communism any longer:
Dear Mr. Nikitin:
Please keep the tone of your campaign positive. I'm not interested in divisive personal attacks.
How do you believe your economic proposals will promote the common good?
I want to see an economic stimulus package that will help the people struggling most in this economic downturn.
We hear a lot about the middle class, but not enough about what you will do to help lift people out of poverty.
Sincerely,
Joanne P.
I answered: Dear Joanne,
1) The "common good" is not a constitutional consideration. My economic proposal is massive tax cuts so people can keep their own property - which is a constitutional protection.
2) I don't really care what you want to see. My duty as a US Senator is to uphold the Constitution of the United States. Any 'economic stimulus package' is unconstitutional - unless it is tax cuts for tax PAYERS! People keeping what they earn promotes economic stimulus. It is called capitalism and it works every time it is tried.
3) It is not the constitutional responsibility of a US Senator to 'lift' anyone out of poverty. The 'War on Poverty" as prescribed and described by liberal/communists has been a colossal failure, done more harm than good and cost trillions of taxpayer’s dollars in the process.
Oh, and it was unconstitutional and communistic to do it.
Hope that clears up my position - without being divisive. That is really the goal isn't it? The heck with saving our Republic. Just let's not be divisive while liberals destroy this nation bit by bit.
Yours truthfully, Mike Nikitin
10/10/08 - Liberals are bombarding me with PAC emails, telling me I should vote for socialized medicine 'for the children'. After all, only a heartless numbskull would be opposed to that.
I respond with my standard email to this request, stating it is unconstitutional for the government to be involved in giving healthcare to citizens, no matter what spin you put on the request.
As you can guess, the socialist/communist liberals don't like this answer. Here is a typical response by April S.:
Dear Mr. Nikitin,
"Admittedly, I feel sad for you that you have kept the "same" stump email you have sent to all of us humans out there that care about the future of our children. You are obviously not creative enough to come up with a unique email for each individual supporting health coverage for every child in America.
Wow...you got me, you are right, children "do not have specific rights." Yes, children can not vote. However, what you have wrong (among many things) is that we as adults have the responsibility to be advocates for children. There should not be one single child without healthcare in this country. I believe the last time I checked, at least 18 millions citizens agreed with me.
You are actually the individual who needs to get educated on theories of child development. I will definitely pass on your adult centered response to my fellow colleagues and friends in Brighton and all over Michigan to ensure that you do not get elected.
The future of this country relies on America's children. We do not need another politician who is unempathetic to the fundamental needs of our children. I hope for your sake, you figure out where your "head is" if in fact you want the same children you are denying health coverage to take care of you someday."
HERE was my response to her. No, I did not mention that her first email was the 'same' stump email I received from hundreds of people from the 'same' Democrat/liberal/communist PAC group. Anyway, here is my answer:
Dear Ms. S,
I travel this state, and this entire nation, for both business reasons (no, I am not a politician) and for this campaign I do for the love of country. I have failed to see, or hear about, the dead and dying children who litter the country side, due to no socialized medical system in this country. I have seen this same effect however, in nations using the same type of government system you are advocating and voting for.
It has been my life experience that when people start waving babies at you and chanting the mantra, "it's for the children", the real agenda is more socialism and communism placed on the backs of the TAXPAYERS of this once free nation.
I was just at a Lansing School Board Meet the Candidates breakfast, where they wanted to know where the state and federal elected politicians were going to find "more educational money" for the kids." The Democrats pandered, praised the efforts of the school board and their own efforts to 'get the money'. They never did answer the question. I did.
I said, "There is no money. Have you looked at the papers? Government is not a cash cow, although they pretend they are. The money has to come from the taxpayers - and that base is shrinking two fold - due to the economy and our tax laws. Second, all of us in this room know where the money is going, and it is not to the children or the classroom. No, it is going to pay for teachers and YOUR healthcare and pensions! Almost half of a school budget goes to teachers who no longer teach! You are going to have to cut - and cut everything! In addition, now that you and your teachers are paid twice as much as any teacher in the world, why do our children finish 16th in the world in standardized tests?"
Ms. S, what you must understand is that government fails at everything it tries to manage. The bureaucrats and officials make nice livings and great retirements, and the 'customer' suffers. It happens every time. Every time. Your intentions are honorable. Your policy suggestion WILL fail and cost untold billions of dollars. Capitalism built this nation into the greatest country this planet has ever know, and voters are turning it into a socialist/communist dictatorship.
If you are not helping me stop it, you are the cause of it too. Go to my website or www.liberalquicksand.com and read more about who the real enemy to this nation's families is.
Write me anytime, MN - end of answer
I was going to throw in that she is a walking, talking, typing colossal example of why the founding fathers were right in excluding women from voting. They are socialist by nature and emotions sometimes over-rule their brains. As a group, women will trade freedom for security.
But I didn't. Let's see if me saying it here stirs up the pot.
10/7/08 - The Michigan College Democrats sent me a questionnaire. As usual, as is the case with liberals, the questions were a mile long as they try to show you why you should agree with them.
I am forced to re-write the questions, but you will get the drift of what they wanted. Liberals always want.
1. Should we change the laws to make it easier for college students to vote?
It is the right of the citizen to vote. It is the responsibility of that citizen to exercise it. Let's cut thru the bull. The reason you want students voting is because they are still in the liberal world of academia and still being indoctrinated with liberal / Democrat lies.
All of this hocus-pocus is designed to get more of the 'ignorant' vote which universally votes Democrat. It also is a breeding ground for voter corruption - yet another staple of the Democrat Party.
I would do nothing to make voting 'more accessible' to students. Liberals already have every advantage (schools, media, government, unions). The fact liberals lose any election at all is a testament to how communist the Democrat platform is.
2. Are you in favor of just giving Big Liberal Education every cent it wants?
Federal funding for schools - any school, is unconstitutional. College students should know that - and if liberals were not running the school systems, they would.
As for funding - the United States already spends over twice what the #1 nation in the world (Japan) spends on education for K-12. And our children finish 16th! The problem is not money. The problem is poor teachers, worse lesson plans and the fact that most of the money is now paying for teacher and administrator healthcare and pensions.
The golden goose is dead and it is time for cuts at the level where the problem lies - teachers and administrators.
As for college, it is the biggest consumer rip off in the nation. Tuition keeps rising and our graduates get dumber. There is not another industry that can match "BIG COLLEGE" for raising prices.
3. You are in favor of the discrimination of Americans who happen to be white and of course you want our country to join the rest of the planet singing "We are the World" correct?
Discrimination is wrong. Reverse discrimination is wrong. Visitors are here for the diversity. Americans, true Americans, are diverse enough. Multiculturalism, which is really the goal of the question, will end this nation.
4. We don't want to pay for our own health care. Will you add yet another big socialist program onto the backs of the taxpayer because I don't want to be responsible for myself?
It is not the taxpayers responsibility for the cost of health care. It is unconstitutional for government to do it, and it is actually a socialist/communist concept. Any true American would be against it.
5. We are college students away from our parents and we want to have sex whenever we want with whoever and sometimes whatever we want. And we want the taxpayer to pay for it. Vote for that or else!
It would be unconstitutional for the taxpayers to support college students having sex. Has anyone at U of M read the Constitution?
Abortion is murder. Everyone knows that. Liberals just want to allow the killing to avoid personal responsibility.
6. I want a job, an easy job, that I can find easily. Make jobs for me from Congress.
It would be unconstitutional for the taxpayers to support any type of 'job' creation. Has anyone at U of M read the Constitution?
Simply lower taxes and businesses will return - along with the jobs. It is called capitalism and it works every time it is tried.
10/2/08 - The Delta County Chamber of Commerce sent me their 2008 Candidate questionnaire. Here I go, playing star again. Good thing I was born for this role.
Start of questionnaire (answers in BOLD):
1. What steps can Congress take to improve job creation and economic development in Michigan?
The United States Senate can do little constitutionally to help Michigan directly. It is up to the State of Michigan to fix the mess they themselves have created.
Herbert Hoover said, “Economic depression cannot be solved by legislative action or executive pronouncement. Economic wounds must be healed by the actions of the producers and the consumers themselves.”
2. What steps can Congress take to help combat high gas prices and home heating fuel prices?
The laws of supply and demand have not been repealed – nor can they. Congress must remove the restrictions and regulations that block the oil company’s ability to find new resources and get those resources to the market.
Cutting business taxes would also free up money for the research and development for this effort.
Milton Friedman, economist, said, “Only government can take perfectly good paper and perfectly good ink and make the combination worthless.”
3. Do you believe Michiganders are better or worse off than they were eight years ago?
My opinion on this question is hardly relevant to anything. There is hard data that says Michiganders are worse off.
However, if the goal of the question is to tie President Bush to the economic failure of the State of Michigan for the last eight years, that is quite frankly an insane concept.
The rest of the United States has seen growth in the last eight years. Michigan has not.
Which political party has run Michigan for the last eight years? What has the Michigan government done for the last eight years to reverse Michigan’s job losses?
Adolf Hitler said, “How fortunate it is for governments that the people they administer don’t think.”
Winston Churchill said, “I’ll admit that the best argument against democracy is a 5 minute conversation with the average voter.”
4. Do you believe there should be a top to bottom re-examination of the nation’s tax system?
Yes, we must move to a consumption tax system. The current ‘progressive’ tax system is unfair and leads to tyranny. It was not the intent of the founder of this nation for the Federal and State governments to be in charge of massive wealth re-distribution schemes.
George Bernard Shaw said, “A government that robs Peter to pay Paul, will always have the support of Paul.”
5. If elected, what policies will you support to improve healthcare?
The solution is amazingly simple: Slowly remove government from the healthcare business and let businesses decide if they will manage healthcare systems for their employees.
Anytime government subsidizes or manages anything, prices rise exponentially, while service and quality disintegrate.
There is nothing wrong with healthcare that removing government from the equation will not fix.
Alexis De Tocqueville said, “The USA will endure until politicians realize they can bribe people with their own money.”
6. If elected, what policies will you support to improve education?
I would call for the immediate elimination of teacher’s unions and the removal of Federal interference in state education systems.
I would also call for the immediate elimination of Federal funds for education being sent to States, and return the education responsibility back to the States.
Josef Stalin said, “Education is a weapon whose effects depend on who holds it in his hands and at whom it is aimed.”
Joseph Sobran said, “In one century, we went from teaching Latin and Greek in high school to teaching remedial English in college.”
7. If elected, what policies will you support to improve the workforce and economic development?
I have a three-step plan: 1) cut taxes, 2) cut taxes, 3) cut taxes.
My plan is not to complicated, and it works every time it is done.
History has shown that people will not work if they don’t get to keep what they earn. Businesses will not open if they cannot keep the profits.
Ronald Reagan said, “Government is like a baby. A big appetite at one end and no sense of responsibility at the other.”
8. If elected, what policies will you support to improve infrastructure development?
I will demand that taxes taken to improve roads are used to improve roads. Taxes taken for Social Security are used to fund Social Security.
Accountability must be at the forefront in order to easily see what every program is costing the taxpayer.
There is a reason everything is thrown in one pile - with no restriction on how big the shovel is that takes from it. It is called ‘hiding the truth’ and ‘passing the buck’.
John Kenneth Galbraith said, “You will find that the government does big things badly …and small things badly too.”
9. What is your position on increased oil/natural gas drilling?
I am in favor of that and for the immediate start of it.
Democrat Senator – CO, Tim Wirth said, “We have got to ride this global warming issue even if the theory is wrong. We’ll be doing the right thing in terms of economic and environmental policy.”
Democrats must be pathological liars to even be in the political realm.
10. What limits should be placed on environmental lawsuits against such drilling?
Very tight limits! Our nation’s very existence depends on energy independence.
I am not suggesting that negligence or open pollution should be tolerated, but we may have to do some things – in some areas – in order to get to the energy this nation needs.
Jobs will be created thru this new drilling, as will other industries.
Our nation needs an aggressive energy plan, not only for future fuels, but more importantly, to secure our own volume of current energy needs.
U of California’s Ken Watt said at Earth Day in 1970, “If present car pollution trends continue the world will be four degrees cooler by 1990 and eleven degrees cooler by 2000. This is twice what it would take to put us in an Ice Age.”
The story has been reversed 180 degrees.
The real motivation is control – not saving the planet.
9/27/08 - Tim Martin from the Associated Press sent me this questionaire. The AP is as liberal an outfit as there is in our MSPAM (main stream press and media). Although this section is a little lengthy, compare the slant of these questions compared to the straight forward questions asked of me by young 'amateur' Ben Miller below. Ben asks questions correctly. Anyway, here are my answers. You may or may not like them, but at least you don't have to wade thru politician speak to figure out what my position is.
¶ Question: What should be done at the federal level to help improve Michigan's economy?
Three things; Cut taxes, Cut taxes and get Michigan back to the break-even point in Federal money returned. Under Democrats Levin and Stabenow, Michigan is a donor state, while being 50th in job growth in the nation.
¶ Question: Should the federal government be bailing out the financial industry, buying out bad mortgages and other assets? If so, what conditions should apply?
No, it should not. Government has a perfect history of screwing up any capitalist industry it touches – whether trying to help or regulate. When will citizens learn that fact?
¶ Question: Would you support federal loan guarantees to help domestic automakers update their factories and make fuel-efficient vehicles? How much should the loan guarantees be for? Should the industry be required to meet higher fuel economy standards in exchange?
Stop the liberal habit of combining issues. You are a reporter looking for information.
Be concise in your questioning. I would cut corporate taxes so our automotive industry could become globally competitive at home, and then the money would be there for fuel efficient research if that is where the market tells them to go.
No, the industry fuel economy standards must be eliminated.
¶ Question: Should the North American Free Trade Agreement be reopened to strengthen labor and environmental standards?
You combined issues again. Why do you do that? Strengthen labor? Do you mean strengthen the ability of unions to extort money from businesses, so they can turn much of it over to the Democrat Party? The answer is no.
Environmental standards need to be reviewed for necessity and cost.
¶ Question: What changes would you make to U.S. tax policy, specifically the balance between corporate taxes and taxes on individuals?
Eliminate corporate earnings taxes and the federal income tax and replace it with consumption taxes.
¶ Question: Would you support an effort to cap greenhouse gas emissions? By what degree should greenhouse gas emissions be cut by 2050?
I would oppose any greenhouse emission standards. We cannot predict the weather with 100% accuracy tomorrow and you want to know my opinion for 2050? Are you reading and comprehending what you are asking me?
¶ Question: Do you favor increased offshore drilling to boost U.S. oil production? Would the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge be off limits?
Yes.
No.
¶ Question: What changes would you make to the federal No Child Left Behind law? How would you rate the law's effectiveness to date?
I would repeal it. A waste of money and unconstitutional federal intervention in a State issue.
¶ Question: Would you support universal health care coverage that would include mandates for adults and children? Should Americans receive refundable tax credits to make health insurance more affordable?
No.
Any tax credit in the face of our current tax laws, I would be in favor of.
¶ Question: What changes would you make to U.S. immigration policy, including border security? Do you support giving legal status to certain illegal immigrants now working in the U.S.?
Close our borders and enforce current laws. Let’s try that concept for a while and see how it works.
I do not support any type of legal status for any illegal immigrants. What part of ‘illegal’ don’t people understand?
¶ Question: What should be done to shore up Social Security? Would you support privatization?
Privatization and a plan to wean our nation off of this socialist Ponzi scheme – where once again Democrats took the money set aside for one purpose and spent it on something else.
¶ Question: What is your position on abortion? Partial-birth abortion?
Life begins at conception. Abortion is murder – pure and simple.
¶ Question: What should be the next steps taken by the U.S. in Iraq? How would you say President Bush has handled the Iraq situation?
Once I am in office and understand things better, I can answer that. But we must win the War on Terror and even though we unconstitutionally entered Iraq, I like having two bases in the center of terrorist activities. I would like to see four bases.
Bush is leaving office. Does every reporter have Bush Derangement Syndrome?
¶ Question: How effective would you say the nation's homeland security efforts have been the past few years? What changes would you make to the system?
Very effective and would have been even better without the liberal media committing treason and leaking some of our methods to the enemy. I would make the entire system constitutional. Using our Constitution seems to be a lost art by the very people sworn to uphold it.
¶ Question: What is your position on Michigan's Proposal 2, which would loosen the state's restrictions on embryonic stem cell research? Would you support federal funds going to the research?
Against it. Stem cell research has had some success, while embryonic stem cell research has had none. The ESCR groups are pro-baby murder groups. Pure and simple.
No. If research is showing results, it needs no federal funding regardless of the project. Private industry will fund it in order to earn the profits from it.
I know 'profit' is supposed to be a bad word now, but it is not. Without a profit motive you get a failed operation - like our government school system for instance.
9/26/08 - Want to know the truth about this government bail out? It's Democrats bailing out crooked Democrats and rich Democrats. Want proof? Ok, here it is.
The Democrat Congress has the votes to get anything passed they want (including surrendering in Iraq if really desired, but I digress). But they want the Repubicans to sign up for it also in order to give them cover on election day.
The reason Democrats need cover is because the majority of Americans do not want to pay for the bail out of the mess Democrats made of the housing industry. Hank Dagny at www.liberalquicksand.com has handled this explanation on his site.
Democrats are the cancer in this nation. Pure and simple.
9/25/08 - Ben Miller, a young man with a political website called Millerpolitics Millerpolitics dot COM, sent me the best questions I have received in this campaign. Congratulations to you Ben. Here are my answers:
1. What makes you the best candidate for US Senate?
It is my commitment to return this nation to the foundation that made us the greatest nation on Earth – our Constitution.
There is no other Party or person running for the US Senate that has that on their agenda.
If we do not do this, we will go the way of the other representative republics before us that failed; having fallen into a mob rule democracy, followed closely thereafter by a dictatorship.
2. Why is republican Jack Hoogendyk, who is strongly pro life, not fit to replace incumbent Carl Levin (D)?
He may be fit to serve, but his Party is not. They have become the socialist-lite party. They had several chances to rein in government growth, reduce spending, reduce taxes further and educate the American public as to the dangers the Democrats now pose this nation. The Republican Party did nothing.
I don’t see very much money being spent on his campaign by the Republicans, and I have not heard him whining about it. My guess is he is running for the resume enhancement. The last thing this nation needs is more career politicians.
3. What do you believe should be done to stabilize the economy?
Stabilization is a false concept. Stable compared to what? Growing an economy is simple;
Cut taxes, have children in a two-parent environment and cut taxes. It would also help if taxes were cut.
I will also vote for and introduce bills cutting taxes.
I think you get my main theme.
4. The Green and Libertarian Parties are also running candidates for US Senate. Why are you the best alternative candidate to the major candidates?
The Green Party candidate is a self-proclaimed socialist. So let’s ignore that 'Democrat in third-party clothing'.
The Libertarian Candidate and I disagree on just a few issues – which can be voted on thru our Constitutional system and be worked out.
If you vote Democrat, Republican, Green, Labor, Socialist or Communist - too much longer - there will not be anything to work out. Our republic will be finished.
9/22/08 - One of my supporters gave me a piece of paper that had “The Negro National Anthem” on it. He told me it was sung at the Ken Cockrel’s swearing in ceremony as the new and temporary mayor for the city of Detroit.
I called WJR for confirmation and Ken Rogulski stated that something else was indeed sung, but he didn’t know what it was.
I called WWJ and ‘Scott’ confirmed to me that yes, “The Negro National Anthem” was sung at that ceremony. I voiced my displeasure, and gave him my contact information.
Beth Fischer of WWJ was kind enough to call me and grant me a short phone interview in which to express my outrage at such a thing.
I told her for the record that we are all Americans. Detroit is not a separate nation, but a city in the state of Michigan, which is part of the United States of America. We already have a national anthem.
Beth made the statement a couple of times that Detroit has a high population of African-Americans. I re-iterated that we are all Americans. I am of Italian-Russian descent and I do not refer to myself as a Russian-Italian American. I am an American.
I also stated that I was shocked that no one else is outraged that such a thing could happen.
I hope the interview gets air time.
9/18/08 - One of my truths of life is that, 'if you let a liberal talk long enough, they will tell you their real intentions.'
Liberals hide the fact that they are socialists, communists, weak individuals or lazy individuals. Instead they spout how they just want to help others, when in fact, it is all about them and their needs and wants.
Back on 9/15 I posted how my email is getting swamped with calls that I vote for nationalizing health care. My standard answer is posted on that date.
I got a response from Lew O., in which he says, "eliminating the profit motive from health care should save us all a lot of money."
Lew is a communist and may or may not know it. He thinks profit is the problem with the cost of health care, and not the freeloaders, forced coverage, illegal aliens, lawsuits, insurance fraud, and everyone but the patient paying the bill.
If you are in a hospital, and you were footing the bill, would you take the $60 aspirin from the nurse, or have your wife buy you a $5 bottle of 100 tablets and take those instead? With insurance paying, you take them from the nurse. With insurance paying, the hospital charges $60. The insurance company sees this and raises their rates.
This may be a shock to Lew, but people work at hospitals and insurance companies for 'profit'. It is called a pay check. A concept foreign to many Democrat voters.
So hospitals are swimming in profit? Not exactly. They have to charge $60 to you with insurance, because they are handing out free aspirin and health care in the emergency rooms - by law. But I am getting off topic, now.
Liberals think 'profit' is bad, mainly because they don't know how to earn it or are too lazy to try. So they deem it 'bad'.
It is not about free health care for 'the poor', as liberals decry. It is about free health care for them. Pure and simple.
What part of a $60 aspirin paid for by taxpayers (most of which are not liberal) is free?
9/17/08 - The entire reason I entered this race was to do what I could to sound the alarm. Our nation is heading - diving head first actually - into pure socialism. I have been telling people this for over eight years.
Today, the great and powerful Rush Limbaugh finally joined me in this! If you listen to his 1st and 2nd hour of his program today, you will hear him utter those very words.
Welcome to this part of the fight to save our country, Rush. Dittos. Mega-mega dittos.
9/16/08 - New additions to this site added. My Bio is up. The 15 greatest enemies of our nation are also posted. And I continue to add chapters of my book, Liberal Quicksand, down the left hand side. Any publishers out there looking for an instant best seller?
9/15/08 - Now I am being flooded with requests to vote for socialized-nationalized health care 'for the children'. When political groups start by saying it is for the children, the taxpayer better hide their wallets.
I ask every single of these lamebrains that sent this email to me: "Do you really want the same people that botched; Social Security, Medicare, Medicade, Welfare, Education, Energy, the Post Office, Housing and mortgage companies - running your health care system????"
I also mention a tiny little fact that they may have overlooked in their zeal for a free lunch: Socialized healthcare is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!!
This fact means little to liberals who simply shrug their shoulders daily at our core laws of the most free people in the world.
9/14/08 - Mayra P. writes me thru a Democrat PAC; "The activists, from a grassroots organization called ADAPT, are targeting HUD with this 'tent city' action because people with disabilities are in a housing crisis. As a voter, paying close attention to this year's elections, I am asking that you endorse ADAPT's housing platform and support the right of individuals with disabilities to have housing that meets their needs."
This is the problem. Everybody's crisis is now the government's problem to fix. I say, "I don't think so." My answer was short and to the point:
"HUD is an unconstitutional department of our government. Supplying housing to citizens is not a responsibility of the government, nor is housing a constitutional right. I would suggest that if you want to live like communists, you leave this country and go haunt another land. Try Cuba. They live under your style government.
Don't bother me with your communist agenda. You are the type of citizen we need to ignore."
Once again, I might sound rough, mean or uncaring. But someone has to be the parent. Someone has to try and put some backbone into these people who have grown up on the lie that is liberalism.
9/13/08 - Raymond K. wrote me thru a Democrat PAC; "I am concerned about our nation's declining global reputation. We can restore America's image abroad and more effectively respond to shared global problems by partnering with friends and allies. ...the importance of US cooperation and participation in the United Nations."
My response was to the point: "I doubt you are an American citizen that I would recognize as any countryman of mine. How dare you say our nation has a declining reputation in the world.
We already partner ...with our Allies and any nation that wants to be our ally. We already lead the world in assistance and aid to the poor in the world.
I think it is a ringing endorsement of your negative and treasonous view of your own country, when you push the most corrupt, dictator filled and human rights violating organization, as the group the US should work with."
Liberals refuse to look at reality. They just refuse.
9/12/08 - I received an email from a lady I met at the Grand Rapids Community College 'Rock the Vote' gathering. Michelle S. and I had a short, but nice chat and she wrote me requesting more information on a couple of questions. They were:
- My husband is in a union. Why/how do they hurt Michigan's employment opportunities?
- How will you stop companies from packing up and leaving Michigan?
I told Michelle in my personal answer, that she may not like my answers, but they will always be the truth!
1) Unions hurt everyone! They drive up the cost of labor, lower the number of jobs available, make companies avoid Michigan, and take the worker's money and give it to thugs and Democrats (redundant statement I know). The first union was started by two communists, one of which fled to Russian to escape prosecution. The first union charter stated the goal was to "overthow the capitalist system of the United States". It had nothing to do with worker's rights - but that is how it was sold to people.
I also told her this story: Let's say you decide to pay a person $10 to cut your lawn, using your lawnmower and gas. That person agrees. The union comes along and says, "You will pay this person $15 and also his Committeeman $20, and we will hold meetings at your house! If you refuse, we will block access to your driveway, harass everyone who comes or goes, and if that doesn't work - we will break your lawnmower and burn your grass. If you try and move, we may destroy your home and the government may try and make you stay."
That is how unions work. Does that sound American to you? It sounds like mob extortion to me.
2) The obvious answer is that Constitutionally, the government has no right to tell anyone where they can operate their business. But I stated that I would work to cut (eliminate) corporate taxes in order to keep/invite businesses to Michigan and the United States.
I also stated that the dirty little secret is that businesses do not pay taxes - citizens do! If a business cannot add the tax onto the price of the item they are selling, they simply close the doors or move.
Remember this when you hear the lying Democrats speak. Citizens pay ALL taxes!
9/11/08 - Do NOT forget this date, as if we could. I urge you to go to LiberalQuicksand and find the 'Always Remember' section down the right-hand side. There are some links there that will remind you of what happened to us and inspire you as to this nation's greatness and blessings. God bless America, and please Lord, double it today.
9/10/08 - I appeared at the Grand Rapids Community College "Rock the Vote" today. It was great to meet so many people concerned about this country and registering to vote. Eric Mullen, the Student Life Director, did a fantastic job of hosting this, and the students at GRCC could not have been nicer. Thanks to everyone involved.
9/9/08 - I got a letter from another liberal email group, promoting MENTAL health care. If anyone needs that, it is liberals. Colleen J. writes, "I am asking for your help in passing the Full Mental Health Parity Bill."
Are you kidding me? Fraud and cheating is rampant in the physical health care industry and this woman wants free government mental health care too?
See, my fellow Americans, this is how it goes with liberals. They are acting like nationalized health care is a done deal. The strategy now is to trade the 'next step' now, for the 'first step' they don't even have yet.
Mental health will be the next 'crisis' taxpayers have to pay for. This is liberalism's insidious creeping into communism.
I gave her the standard answer that health care of any kind is not a constitutional right and that for government to manage it would be a total disaster - as proven already around the world.
9/8/08 - That 'poverty' email must be the hot one on the liberal email circuit right now. I got it from a Frances M. and I gave my stock answer (see 9/6/08). You won't believe the reply: "I draw my values from the Gospel that challenges the culture of extravagant wealth. Your description 'liberal-communists' is a phrase of fear-mongering."
This person has decided on their own what constitutes extravagant wealth, wishes to take the wealth from whoever they feel has it, but calls me the fear-monger for calling their policies exactly what they are.
How come liberals cannot see how illogical and separated from reality they are?
9/7/08 - As I walk around distributing my cards to introduce myself to voters, I sometimes meet a real live, honest to goodness liberal. You can always tell a liberal because their thought process is 180 degrees away from reality.
This lady (50ish) stated in less than a minute that; conservatives don't obey the Constitution, that conservatives stack the courts so they can get the laws made they want, and that people like me scare her becausse we want to take away a woman's right to have an abortion.
I explained that my whole premise was: to return to using the Constitution, that it is liberals who make up things in the Constitution using judges, that according to the Constitution, Congress makes the laws and the Supreme Court is suppose to determine if the laws are constitutional, that Roe v Wade is bad law, unconstitutional, violated state rights and it was liberals that stacked the courts to get it passed unconstitutionally.
She screamed, "I know the Constitution. I'm a councilwoman in Grand Rapids. All you people want to do is take away woman's rights!"
I replied, "You people? Women don't have rights in the Constitution, individuals do. The 19th amemdment was done constitutionally and I have no problem with that. Why don't you want to leave that decision up to the voters and the states to decide?"
She gave me the normal 'deer in the headlights look'. This look is well known to me. Every liberal who realizes they are wrong and have lost the argument, gets that look. She spun on her heels and walked away yelling back, "It's my right to choose what to do with my body."
I called after her, "Murder is not a constitutional right, and there are plenty of laws telling women what they can and cannot do with their bodies. Men too."
The lesson here is that liberals know deep down they are the ones who are unconstitutional, immoral and wrong. They therefore create a false reality in their minds to keep their conscience from bothering them. This is the reason liberals refuse to debate openly and honestly. It actually hurts their heads to do so.
9/6/08 - I got a letter from Mr. and Mrs. M, asking me to address the issue of 'poverty' if I am elected. I got this form letter from more than one person.
I stated that I would address poverty if elected by telling the poor to get a job, or get two or three...until they do not think they are poor any more. I put myself thru college for my BS and MBA, paying my own way, while working two jobs and raising two children with my lovely wife. If I did it, everyone else can.
I got a reply from Joe W., who stated that he volunteers to help the poor and he will remember my answer on election day.
I thanked him for his service, told him I volunteer also, and that I hope he remembers what I said - especially on election day - because it is unconstitutional for the government to take ...by force...the property of one citizen, just to give it to another - no matter what the justifications are.
Voting for Democrats, who push this sort of wealth re-distribution, is a vote for tyranny.
9/5/08 - I got a letter from the Turkish Coalition of America, asking me to fill out a survey in order to communicate with their voters.
I replied that I would not be answering any surveys from groups that calls themselves 'XXXXXXXX-Americans'. We are all Americans. I have one constituency group - American citizens of the State of Michigan. I do not care about any other description of voters.
9/4/08 - Jill C. wrote me directly saying, "How does the average person get enough true information, in order to make an intellegent decision when voting? Is there a place to go for unbias information?"
I told her that there is no such thing as unbias information. Even data can be manipulated. There is an old saying, "Figures do not lie, but liars figure." The bottom line is that the voter has to take the bias information presented and analyze what is true out of it. And of course that information will be filtered thru the voter's own bias.
For instance, take these two statements:
"Under the Bush Administration, the nation's GNP went up .2% last month, in spite of oil price hikes." Or
"Under the Bush Administration, this is the worst economic growth cycle in the last 5 years."
Both are true statements. Which sounds more powerful? The negative one usually does to the voter, which is why politicians use it. Now, which more accurately portrays the FACTS?
Well, the first statement is a quick snapshot, but it gives the results, events during the period and the actual bracketed time involved.
The second statement, never qualifies when the 'cycle' begins and ends. Secondly, who was president five years ago when the growth was so big that .2% growth was the worst in any cycle length? Well, it was the Bush Administration.
So if a voter takes the time to actually think about the information presented, they can still fine the truth. But the voter has to dig for it. Our main stream press and media are Democrats, and their bias grows stronger daily. Remember that.
Unfortunatly for our nation, our voters are getting lazier at the same time the media is getting more bias. This is why Democrats win.
In a sane environment, the Democrats would be minimalized as the communist group that they are.
9/3/08 - Richard H. wrote me thru a Democrat PAC (political action group)asking me to pledge that I would vote to disarm the United States of our nuclear weapons as a show of 'peace' to the rest of the world.
Why does the left always want to leave our country vunerable to attack? Do liberals use the same logic for their own lives?
If you use Democrat logic, if you eliminate locks, I suppose you would eliminate home invasions. If you wish not to be robbed, then you walk thru dangerous neighborhoods with $100 bills hanging out of your pocket.
Liberal ladies, for some reason you have a gun. A rapist breaks into your bedroom with a knife. You draw out your hand gun - and of course, you hand it over to him - as a sign of 'peace' - right?
Liberalism must be a mental illness. Logic and common sense cannot find roots in a liberal mind. Pure and simple.
9/2/08 - Helen S. wrote me thru a Democrat PAC (political action group) asking me to pledge to create 'green jobs' if I am elected.
Funny, but the Constitution has no provision for Senators to start businesses - green or otherwise. I also told Helen that businesses create jobs for profit - not because people need jobs and that she should bone up on some basic economics. She wrote back, upset that I insulted her - and stated that we would not have much to discuss, since she is a "democratic socialist".
Of course she is! She is part of the environmental movement - the home of the Communist Party in the United States - and strong supporters of the Democrats.
Now some will read this and think ...this man is 'out there.' Unfortunately, I am 100% correct. The Democrat Party is controlled by the socialists and the communists now. If you want to deny it...do so at the expense of your freedom.
8/20/08 - The current event so far is a complete blockage of my candidacy by the press, television and radio stations in the State of Michigan!
My campaign has contacted virtually every media source in the entire state with a press release, and has received a grand total of ZERO repsonses.
I am talking about a complete ZERO! Not even an acknowledgement that they had received the press release, or visited this website.
Phone calls are met with the very cheery, "Good [morn, aft. or eve], this is [name the media outlet]! How may I assist you?"
I say, "Good [morn, aft. or eve], I am Mike Nikitin, candidate for US Senate for Michigan from the US Taxpayers Party. Can I speak to someone about a possible interview?"
Cheery greeter: "Oh," Followed by some silence, then, "Well, there is no one here right now. Let me direct you to [voicemail or email]. Goodbye." And that is the end of that.
The guardians of Free Speech in this country - the main stream press and media - practice discrimination as to who can be heard as well as Stalin ever had.
I am not complaining - merely educating you - the inquisitive and intelligent voter. I knew it was a rigged game when I signed up for it.
